Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Homescape. We want you to be happy with your home and car accessory purchases. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding exchanges, damaged items, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

1. No Refunds — Exchanges Only

The Homescape does not offer cash refunds on any order. If you are not satisfied with your product, or if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer an exchange for the same item, a different size/variant (where applicable), or another product of equal value, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
  • The item must not be a final sale, clearance, or otherwise marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
  • We will verify the issue and arrange an exchange for the correct/undamaged item at no additional cost to you for the replacement item itself.
  • We recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery, especially for COD orders, and reporting any visible damage immediately.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us directly — reach out via the contact details below so we can arrange the exchange.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. The Homescape is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at admin.homescape@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you.

Please do not send items back to us without first contacting us, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
  • COD orders are subject to the same exchange policy outlined above — payments made via COD are not refundable in cash; only exchanges are offered.
  • We strongly encourage customers to check their package at the time of delivery for any visible damage or discrepancies before accepting it.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders or false damage claims may result in restrictions on future COD orders for that customer.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defect:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition (particularly applicable to car accessories once fitted/installed).
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at admin.homescape@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Exchange Policy upon delivery.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
